Irisha holds a BA Hons degree in Organisational Behaviour and Industrial Relations. In the 14 years of working in HR, she has developed people strategies for some of the world's leading International Investment banks.
As an HR Generalist and Head of Recruitment, she has led domestic and international recruitment campaigns at the graduate, technical, and experienced and MBA levels in the UK and South Africa. She continually aims to raise the bar in the local executive search industry and is considered a formidable broker of top talent. Her long career as a well-regarded, accomplished search professional for multinational firms and her exceptional combination of strategic and tactical intelligence, has positioned her to assist global companies with talent searches and starting up in new markets.
